SIRE: Glenlands D Jet Set purchased in 2005 for $28000. At 22mths he had an impressive stats of 860kgs, EMA 136, Scrotal Circ 41.5 and Fat of 10/7. Male progeny sold at auction have topped at $11000 and averaged $4576.00. His daughters have sold to $6000 topping the 2008 Cream of Crop Sale. Bryvonlea Lincoln sold to Cedar View Stud for $10000.

LOT 9 SOLD TO: J & S TROTT $6000 DAM: Bryvonlea Aura is a daughter of Glenlands Federation and Glenlands 2704 (who produced the $7000 top priced sale daughter of Billabong Jackson). Aura is 8yrs old, producing 5 calves. A heifer died of scrub tick, Investor sold to Fletchervale $5000 at 2009 FAB, Jake sold at $2010 FAB for $2000, Lachland and a retained heifer. SIRE: Billabong Jackson (dec) has produced consistently, quality males and females. 48 bulls sold at auction average $7590 and 33 females average $2463. We retained 63 females of which only 7 have been culled. Top priced male Elisha sold to the Atkinson Family for $55000 and the Millar Family bought Jenny for $7000. Progeny have been Champions at Beef, Ekka, Futurity, Gympie and Woodford Shows. |

Our stock are handled by Bike, ATV, Dogs and Horse. Weaners spend around 6 weeks at home with training through the yards and with the dog befor going out onto the Glastonbury Hills to grow out. The only assistance during this time is dry lick if winter is tough. They are bought back to the Glastonbury creek flats in May to prepare for the sale on improved pasture with the assistance of Riverina Feed Supplement. They have been vaccinated for 3 Germ Tick Fever, 7 in 1, 3 Day Fever and Pestigard. They have been tested negative for Permanent Infection of Pesti Virus. Weights and Scanning figures will be posted as soon as available. Videos will be made on request or please make appointment for on property inspection. |
