Selected for his all round beef attributes, sleek tropical coat, beautiful polled head, tidy underline and a well read pedigree (Sire: Billabong Winchester - Homozygous Poll, son of the $27500 Billabong Redford a multi show ribbon champion in 2008/2009, sire of the $54,000 Calaanah Abraham and the retained sire Billabong Brando who produced the top priced $100,000 Billabong Hendrich sold at the DN. 2019 sale. Pedigree goes back to Billabong Godfrey, Kapalee Goldfinger, Fairhaven 99/5.

Progeny are very consistent, polled, deep body and long with loads of tropical skin. To Sept 2021 we have sold at auction 8 sons to a top of $17,000, (Ugo to Hamadra DM), to average $11,250.
DN. 2022 we offered 2 young sires, Washington sold for $16,000 and Wesley for $14,000.
To date 15 bulls have been sold at auction for $9733 to a top of $17,000 .

His females have been keenly sought after. To March 2024 we have sold 10 females at auction to a top of $18,000 (Fancy Rianne to the partnership of Seymour and Sommer Studs) for an average of $9475.00.
We have retained a line of exceptional heifers that have are long, sleek coated with lovely shape and very tidy udders.

First offering of heifers on a sale reflecting drought and a threatening El Nino saw 3 unjoined Cadella heifers sell to a top of $6500 (Bryvonlea Fancy Sulia to Garthowen Droughtmasters) to average $5000.

The El Nino didn't eventuate for us so it was a wet Droughtmaster National Female Sale 2024. We offered 2 Cadella unjoined daughters selling for $9,000 (Rosa to Ramadoo Droughtmasters) and $7000 (Susie Q to Kirala Droughtmasters.

We took two youngsters to their first show at the 2024 Futurity and were delighted for the heifer to place 1st in her class and the bull to place 3rd in his class. So impressed by the temperament of these Cadella calves considering limited training due to the wet and their first time in the ring so comfortable that the bull never stopped chewing his cudd.
