Bryvonlea Sambo (PP) SIRE: Skye Wilfred (PP) was purchased at the 2014 Droughtmaster National Bull Sale for $50,000 he was the 2nd top priced Droughtmaster Bull sold at auction in 2014. At 21mths he weighed 854kgs with the impressive stats of: EMA 138, Scan 8/6, Scrotal Circumference 43cm and Milk Tooth. Poll Tested PP (98%). A very long, tidy bull with excellent tropical skin and temperament, Wilfred was selected for these traits along with his bone and very desireable polled head. We did 2 shows in 2017, the Gatton Futurity and the Gympie Feature Show and Wilfred progeny took out primary ribbons at both shows. In 2018 we attended just 3 shows with excellent results. In strong classes at Beef 2018 Wilfred progeny placed 1st with Bryvonlea Swan, and 5th twice with Bryvonlea Philipa and Bryvonlea Princess May. Bryvonlea Philipa placed 1st at the Gatton Futurity and at Gympie took the Junior Champion Droughtmaster Female and went on to be awarded the Interbreed Junior Champion Female. To Date 17 sons have sold at auction for an average of $12,617 to a top of $52,500 for Bryvonlea Rolleston, purchased by Huntly Droughtmasters at the 2018 DN. Bull Sale the 2nd top priced bull of the sale. Other sons sold at DN. 2018 to Yackatoon Grazing, Jembrae DM, Valera Vale and High Country took home Bryvonlea Rambo (7 bulls averaged $17,785.00). His Son Rolex sold to Aldinga Droughtmasters for $19,000 the top price at the 2018 February All Breeds Bull sale. 10 daughters have sold at auction to a top of $8000 to average $4350

Purchased at the Droughtmaster National Sale for $11,500 at 29 mths EMA 124, Weight 924kgs, 14/9 Fat Scan with EBV's of +13m +23m +33 + 7 - Top 15% of 600 Day Breedplan weight. Excellent Temperament, easy doing with a beautiful polled head. A bull with length, stature and beautiful skin type and plenty of it. Ripper's first offering of females at the 2013 DN. Female Sale broke the record books with Jemma 2 selling to P Richardson for $18000 as well as the entire team for a record average of $12000. (The record still stands) 54 of his Bryvonlea Sons have sold to date (30/09/18) for an average $6077 to top at $17000 (Bryvonlea Nimrod sold to Hamadra DM at the 2014 DN Sale). Many of his female progeny have gone of to produce high priced progeny. For example Bryvonlea Petronella produced the $30,000 Palmvale Adam, Bryvonlea Susette produced the $52,500 Bryvonlea Rolleston the 2nd top priced bull at the 2018 DN. Bryvonlea Tudor (Ph) Purchased at the 2015 DN. Bull Sale @ 28 mths - 2 teeth, P8/RIB: 11/8, EMA: 128 After his first consignment of a select group of heifers Urie was depastured on the Balmoral Agistment Block 3k from our home block. A forest block with a small amount of improved pastures which has endured years of ordinary summers it is a testament to this young bulls constitution that he has performed well and has held his condition. Urie has an excellent nature and is very easy to handle. We have retained a line of females and 2 selling at auction to $3250. DN. 2018 Bryvonlea sold 4 Medway Urie sons to a top of $13,000 to average $10,000. His progeny are displaying outstanding carcase attributes. Our stock are handled by Bike, ATV, Dogs, very occasionally mustered by horse and worked on foot, temperament is a trait highly paramount to us. Weaners spend around 6 weeks at home with training through the yards and with the dogs befor going out onto the Glastonbury Hills to grow out. Sale prepared in the Glastonbury Valley 20 km west of Gympie on improved pasture and because of the very dry conditions and heavy frosts thru winter they have restricted access to a Riverina Feed Supplement in the paddock. Vaccinations: 3 Germ Tick Fever, 7 in 1, 3 Day Fever, Botulism (SingVac 3 years) and Pestigard.
