Bryvonlea Wilber (PP) SIRE: SKYE WILFRED Sire: Skye Wilfred A long, well balanced bull with strong sire appeal, reproductively correct with plenty of beef, bone and tropical skin. Purchased at the 2014 DN. Bull Sale, the 2nd top price of $50,000. Poll tested 98% PP. Progeny have been exactly that 98% polled with good head and strong topline and an excellent tropical coat. They are born small to medium with no difficulty. To February 2023, 43 sons have sold at auction to a top of $52,500 for an average of $13,151.00 with an average EMA of 138.9. 21 Females have sold at auction for an average of $5071 to a top of $9,000 to Tajana Droughtmasters at the DNF 2023 sale. At the February All Breeds 2023 the top priced droughtmaster bull sold for $42,500, Bryvonlea Wallace, was out of a Skye Wilfred daughter.

Bryvonlea Xavier (HP) Ultimatum was purchased in 2016 for $19,000. Sale Weight at 22mths was 810 kgs, EMA 132, SC 42, Fats 15/9. We selected Ultimatum for his length, scale and structural correctness and tidy underline not to mention his impressive family connections. His father, Glenlands O'Shea was the 2010 sale topper at $52500 selling to Talgai (3/4 share). Ultimatum's Maternal Grandfather, Glenlands Fabel II, also a sale topper, his sons include Next Chapter, MacKenna, Quarterback and females like My Country a strong positive toward cementing the decision. Ultimatum has not put a foot wrong, easy to handle and performing as we had hoped. His calves are tidy, long and strong over the top and are of good temperament. The first of his offspring to be offered at auction was Bryvonlea Halina who topped our draft at the 2019 DN. Female Sale. First sons offered at the 2019 Bunya (Bryvonlea JBH Thunder sold for $5,500) and DN. Bulls Sale Bryvonlea Tavish sold for $30,000 and Bryvonlea Thomas sold for $10,000. 2 bulls sold at Bunya 2020, Bryvonlea Ugutz $12,500 and the 2nd top of the sale Bryvonlea Uland $17,000. DN. 2021 we sold 5 Ultimatum sons to $14,000 (Vintage sold to R & K Cook) to average $10800.00.

Bull Sale to a top of $17,000 to Hamadra Droughtmasters, with the 4 offered averaging $10,500. We offered 1 son, Bryvonlea Udonis, at the 2021 February All Breeds Bull Sale, he sold for $14,000 to N Dudarko. To date, February 2021, five Fergus sons have sold for an average of $11,200 to a top of $17,000. The first of his females sold at the DNF 2020 Sale. The 2 unjoined heifers age 17mths and 14 mths sold for $7000 and $6750. We have retained an impressive line of his females. Bryvonlea Dolores (Billabong Fergus / Bryvonlea Dolly) our only Fergus daughter at the 2021 Droughtmaster National Female Sale sold for $15,500 to Eljay Droughtmasters. As at April, 2021, 3 Females have sold at auction to a top of $15,500 to average $9583.

Our stock are handled by Bike, ATV, Dogs, worked on foot. Temperament is a trait highly paramount to us. Weaners spend around 6 weeks at home with training through the yards and with the dogs befor going out onto the Glastonbury Hills to grow out. Sale prepared in the Glastonbury Valley 20 km west of Gympie on improved pasture and because of the very dry conditions and heavy frosts thru winter they have restricted access to a Riverina Feed Supplement in the paddock. Vaccinations: 3 Germ Tick Fever, 7 in 1, 3 Day Fever, Botulism (SingVac 3 years) and Pestigard. |
